We know birthday parties can be stressful so we make it easy for you to plan and try to answer all of your princess party questions or birthday party questions for whatever theme you are planning.

Choose a Birthday Party Package and a Character and then fill out our Contact Us Form so that you can check availability for your party date and time!

We book about 6-8 weeks in advance so its important to contact us NOW for the most Amazing Birthday Party Entertainment in the Pacific Northwest and South Florida!

Amazing Fairytale Parties and its Affiliates have the Right to Refuse Service.

Are the characters and costumes shown going to be the ones at my party?
We do our best to provide you with the entertainer of your choice however we can not guarantee performers availability as they may already be booked on another event. We will always replace your performer in the event of an emergency with one of our cast members. Costumes and wigs vary by region.

Are your parties appropriate for all ages?
Yes. Our Corporate Entertainment is always appropriate for all ages. Our traditional princess parties are generally for ages 3-10, but all ages are sure to enjoy our authentic and engaging performances. We provide plenty of activities to entertain both girls and boys. Our characters are available to service a variety of special events and corporate events as well. Our princesses love to entertain at schools, festivals, fairs, restaurants, grand openings, sweet sixteen parties, quinceneras, bar and bat mitzvahs, private birthday parties and more!

Do I need to put down a deposit to hold a date?
We require a $100 deposit or Full Payment to be scheduled on our calendar as we are reserving your Character Performer, Party Date & Time specifically for your event! We do not reserve or hold dates without a $100 deposit or Full Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover. We do NOT accept Amex, Checks Or Cash to reserve.

Do you offer decorating, cakes & supplies too?
We do NOT provide baked goods, event decor or party supplies! We provide only the entertainment and equipment needed by our performers for their performances and party activities. We can refer you to a great event planner if you need decor as well as a great bakery that does custom design birthday cakes!

Do you offer Refunds?
No. We do not offer refunds on parties under any circumstances.

How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 10-12 weeks in advance although we can sometimes accommodate last minute bookings.

Is there a Fee if I cancel?
Yes! Amazing Fairytale Parties holds your date, time and character once you have made a $100 deposit or full payment. That means we can not book any other parties during your scheduled time. If you need to cancel we must receive a 12 day notice and there is a $100 cancellation fee. All parties cancelled within 12 days of the party do not receive a refund. A Party may be rescheduled due to an emergency with a 48 hour notice. Rescheduling is allowed 1 time within a three month period, depending on availability. Again there is a $100 cancellation fee once you have reserved and booked a party date.

Should I call to book my party?
We receive a high volume of calls daily. Please do NOT call our offices until you have filled out an availability inquiry form so that we many confirm availability for your party date first.

Should I give gratuity to my performer?
Yes absolutely! Our performers love getting tipped for the work that they do to make your child’s birthday special! Gratuities range from $25 and up and are not required yet greatly appreciated!

What happens at the party and what is important for me to know?
The Amazing Fairytale Parties characters are all professional entertainers that go through a detailed screening & training process. The character will park discreetly down the street and make a grand entrance to surprise the birthday child, meet & greet with the child & their guests and then begin the activities in the party package you purchased in the order the activities appear on our pricing page. Please allow the performer to do their normal routine without attempting to change things. We are professionals and this will guarantee your party to be a success. We always recommend that you bring out the Birthday Cake not long before your performer exits the party so that they may lead the Happy Birthday Song at the end before they make their exit. You are welcome to take as many photographs as you like throughout the party and have time for posed photography towards the end as well. Please know that if their is an emergency with your performers arrival time they will contact you directly. Please do not be concerned if you do not see them parked outside your party location before your party begins, as they are parked discreetly down the street so as not to ruin the surprise. Please do not call our offices to confirm your parties on the weekend as it is closed. We confirm all parties at the time of booking and 7 days before the event. If you do not receive your confirmation please do NOT call but please DO email our offices at info@amazingfairytaleparties.com as we receive a high volume of calls daily. Please do not call our emergency hotline unless you have booked a party with us and you are having a real emergency on your party date. You are not officially scheduled on a party until we confirm availability and we have received full payment at the time of booking via our booking department and have received the signed agreement that will be sent to you at the time of booking.

What happens if my performer is ill or running late?
We require all of our performers to arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time so that they may have a moment to prepare and enter your party right on time as scheduled. They park discreetly down the street if possible so as not to ruin the magic created for the children. Occasionally things do happen along the way, accidents, natural disasters, traffic, and performers do get ill. If your performer is running late for any reason, they will stay the scheduled amount of time of the booking from the time they arrive. They are trained to contact you if they are going to be running late due to unforeseen circumstances out of the performers control. If your performer is to fall ill, we will make it our priority to schedule an available performer on your party. If there is no available performer we will give you the option of refunding you 100% of your party or rescheduling your visit to another date within a 3 month period.

What if I have an emergency the day of party?
If you have an emergency on the day of your party please call our offices to be forwarded to the on-call party coordinator.

What sets you apart from the competition?
Amazing Fairytale Parties is Fully Licensed & Insured. Our performers are employees that are covered by Workmen’s Compensation. Amazing Fairytale Parties offers the highest quality standard and reliability. For the safety of your children all of our performers are carefully screened and selected. Our costumes & wigs are all custom made by our very own seamstress and designers so that every detail is spectacular.

Where do you recommend I hold my party?
Due to the expensive nature and high quality of our costumes and wigs, our preference is to hold parties at locations such as: a home environment, our boutique in PDX, our boutique in Northern California (boutique pricing varies), community centers, restaurants, halls, etc. Backyards and Parks can make a very beautiful setting and we do service to them, however we ask that in the event of rain, extreme heat, or wind, our performers be provided with an indoor setting as a Plan B.

Amazing Fairytale Parties services the following areas but not limited to Northern California, Portland, Oregon, Vancouver & Seattle Washington in the following regions:
Santa Rosa, Healdsburg, Windsor, Rohnert Park, Petaluma, Calistoga, Cloverdale, Napa, Cotati, Novato, St. Helena, San Rafael, Marin, Sausalito, Pinole, Oakland, San Francisco, Berkeley, Alameda, Stockton, Manteca, Livermore, Vallejo, Vacaville, Fairfield, Roseville, Carmichael, Davis, Folsom, Sacramento, Winters, Portland, Aloha, Salem, Milwaukie, Gresham, Beaverton, Lake Oswego, Vancouver, Camas, Seattle, Tacoma,Gig Harbor, Kirkland, Lynwood,San Jose, Sunnyvale, Daly City and surrounding areas. Please note that some locations may be subject to an additional travel fee when above a 35 mile radius of the performer’s base location.
